Casual outfit of the day for fall and how to style it

The temperatures keep dropping and the holiday season is coming fast. We are in the middle of November, a couple weeks away from Thanksgiving and drumroll please… Christmas is a month away! Naturally, it is one of the busiest times of the year and while running around, I enjoy looking stylish, feeling comfortable and I am always on the hunt for the perfect outfit. Darlings, I believe I have found it!!

Katherine from Angels Boutique contacted me on my facebook page and we discussed about a collaboration. She was very pleasant to talk to and very kind. Her online boutique, that is based out of Alaska, has clothes that are well made, affordable, a lot of options considering sizes and she has an amazing variety (from scarves and hats to shirts and leggings and so much more)! I am a plus size girl and if you follow my blog, you are aware that I am an advocate of body positivity and body image. So, I was in fact very excited to discover that the sizes are true and many plus sizes are actually available on her shop!

Not long after our conversation, she shipped a shirt and a pair of jeggings to me (in my sizes), for my honest opinion. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised, even before opening the package. It was wrapped nicely and I loved the little heart detail on it.

I am absolutely enthralled with the whole look! Both pieces feel amazing, they are very easy to wear, extremely comfortable, stylish, chic and they can be matched with a lot of ideas!! The jeggings (my size was l/xl), are actually full length and both pieces help me feel empowered! What I love most about the shirt(my size was xl), is that it feels very lightweight, even though it is perfect for fall. I felt beautiful in it and all the details, like the buttons and the red patches on the elbows are adorable and elevate the style of the shirt. And the best part? It has pockets!!!! I highly recommend her boutique, her clothing is just beautiful and you can find something for everyone!!

In the pictures that are following, I decided to show you how you could style it. You have many options, but I have been feeling red lately (already dreaming of Christmas) and the patches on the shirt gave me the idea. I paired it with:

-black ankle boots,
-a vintage red vest &
-Paul’s boutique black, white and red purse
In order to elevate the whole look and look polished, my nails were done in burgundy to match everything!

You could do the same thing in any kind of outfit. Try to find an inspiration from something you like and try to incorporate it in a way in your look! Good luck!
